By vertically extending the site and energy-efficiently modernizing existing buildings, a contemporary industrial campus with an excellent ESG performance is taking shape. All new buildings at the LIZ meet the stringent “KfW 40” standard and comply with the requirements of “DGNB Gold” certification for sustainable construction.
